METAL STAMPING

Progressive die stamping is available for custom or large volumes. Blanking, Shearing, Punching, and Forming for parts not requiring the expense of tooling. We offer CNC Stamping services on our Amada Turret.  This allows customers the option create custom stampings without paying for the progressive tooling.  It also allows us to process lower or higher volumes at a lower processing cost.

LASER CUTTING

Allowing customers to make precision parts with detailed features without worrying about tooling cost or size restrictions. Parts and features can be quickly changed. Cuts out setup fees and some tooling charges.

WELDING

Framework, misc. parts, small assemblies, large assemblies, or per customer specs. MIG, TIG, and Spot Welding available.

BENDING

We have multiple small presses to process smaller parts. For our larger items we have a New 200T CNC brake and a 60T brake.

MACHINING

We use a CNC Open Mill, Manual Mill Processing, and Manual Lathe Processing with two surface grinders to finish off some of those tighter details.

FABRICATING

Allows us to take all of our growing capabilities and create those designs that makes your business go. Whether it’s large or small we are here to help!

ASSEMBLIES

We have a full line of rivet machines to assemble items from hinges to specific fabricated units. We also have the capabilities to assemble items together so our customers will have less to worry about once it gets to their production facility.

DRILLING & TAPPING

We have multiple drill and tap units to provide pre-drilled and tapped holes.

PACKAGING

We can box items to specification and also package those bolts/nuts in individual plastic packaging needed for assembly.

FINISHING

Powder Coating and plating per your job requirement to provide you with a finished product. We want you to be confident that when you get your product that it is ready for you to assemble or ship.

PROTOTYPING

With all we have to offer we are more than willing to sit down with our customers and help them to come up with new products, without having to pay an arm and leg to get it done. We understand without this type of service a company cannot come up with new items to Introduce into the ever-changing market.

WIRE PRODUCTS

We have started working on wire products. We do a lot of cut, form, and weld of these types of products.  Most of these products that we have worked with go into displays for different customers, such as wire grids, wire holders, wire stands, etc…

MAINTENANCE

We help our customers by providing covers, repair work, welding of broken components, and any other repairs that may prohibit a customers machine production.
